Named for our Woodinville property, John’s goal is to create a white wine of high quality for a great price.  Like last year’s, the 2021  Bramble Bump White, is made from 100% Semillon grown in Stillwater Creek Vineyard within the Royal Slope AVA. These Semillon vines are planted on a north facing slope with an elevation of 1,000 feet which allows for slower ripening.  The result is a beautifully balanced, crisp wine showing notes of citrus, apple, pear, and a hint of honey.  Pair this wine with a savory quiche, entree salads, seafood dishes, or even spicy Asian fare.
