This is the first time JM has made Cabernet Sauvignon by blending wines made with the fruit from three (hence, the name III) incredible vineyards; Shaw Vineyard (Red Mountain), Quintessence Vineyard (Red Mountain) and Margaret’s Vineyard (Walla Walla). 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine shows-off the silky approachability of Cab grown in the Walla Walla AVA combined with the power and ripe flavors of Cab grown on Red Mountain. The balance between alcohol (14.5%), acidity, aromas and flavors of dark cherry and spice offers a smooth wine to enjoy now. If aging wine is your preference, the 2019 III Cabernet Sauvignon can be cellared for 10+ years.
