Tasting Notes

Tre Fanciulli is always one of our favorite wines to release.  The name translates to “three treasured lads”, which honors Peggy and John’s three sons - Jack, Tom and Joe. While their sons are no longer young “lads”, they remain treasured. Tre is always a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and syrah;  Jack represents the cabernet sauvignon (big and bold), Tommy is the merlot (sweet and smooth) and Joe is the syrah (spicy and fun). Revealing a blue tinge on the edge of your glass, the wine’s color is deep and dark with flavors and aromas of blackberry, blueberry and oak spice. Here’s a toast to the Bigelow boys!
