2022 Pinot Noir Reserve
NEW RELEASE! AVAILABLE 2/16/2024
Tasting Notes
This is the only California Pinot Noir that we know of currently being made in Washington State. John and Tommy started this project in 2020 (one of the few good things that happened that year), and through Tommy’s Napa network, they were able to secure two acres of Pinot Noir grapes from one of the top Pinot vineyards in the esteemed West Sonoma Coast appellation. The vineyard is called Doña Margarita and the Pinot Noir clone is Pommard. The aroma is strawberries and cream, with flavors of red fruit and savory characteristics. Our first version of this wine in 2020 received a 92 point score from renowned critic Owen Bargreen. We think that this vintage is even better! Less than 30 cases remain after allocation.
