2023 Sauvignon Blanc (Boushey Vineyard)
NEW - AVAILABLE AUGUST 15, 2025
Tasting Notes
Each harvest, John looks forward to working with fruit grown by Dick & Luanne Boushey, some of the nicest folks you’ll meet in the vineyards of the Yakima Valley. Premium fruit tended to with care and hard work by their vineyard crews translates into distinctive wines with an elegant “earthiness” that is quintessentially “Boushey”.
Barrel fermenting and aging our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Boushey Vineyard has allowed it time to evolve into a white wine with soft flavors of white peach and melon. A balance of predominately neutral French oak and thoughtfully monitored aging means this Sauvignon Blanc possesses delicate notes of jasmine and pear, a silky smooth transition from midpalate to finish, and a refreshing acidity. This style of Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with lighter meat dishes, poultry, herb-driven sauces, and Asian dishes.
