Stillwater Creek Vineyard fruit arrives in premium condition every year and we always look forward to the evolution of these grapes as they travel from vine to wine. The 2022 Royal is our annual tribute to the beautiful Royal Slope AVA above Royal City, WA.
Merlot dominant, this classic Bordeaux blend possesses red cherry and currant flavors. Cabernet Sauvignon adds lovely tannin structure and subtle spice. The vineyard sits at an elevation of 1400ft, lending to beautifully ripened fruit that maintains perfect levels of acidity.
An easy-drinking, crowd pleaser, the 2022 Royal is a great choice for everyday enjoyment as well as special celebrations- it pairs equally well with Monday night pizza, Sunday roast, and toasting all “Royal” occasions. Cin Cin!
