Tasting Notes

Chardonnay from Stillwater Creek Vineyard maintains brilliant acidity, due to the balance of warm days and cool nights of the Royal Slope site. Our 2024 Reserve Chardonnay was fermented and aged in French oak barrels - each barrel a unique wine in its own regard. Our winemaking team tasted through each barrel regularly with John, observing and monitoring every step of the fermentation and aging process. Together these barrels blended a Chardonnay that is bright with natural fruit flavors like lime zest and bartlett pear and transitions into a smooth, memorable finish. Enjoy the 2024 Reserve Chardonnay with roast poultry, calamari, and fettucini alfredo.
