Chef Dani Olive Oil & Wine Pairing Experience | Sunday, February 1 from 2-5pm @ JM Cellars at The Vault in Maltby

We are excited to welcome Chef Dani of The Picnic Table Italy to our Maltby tasting room for a one day, hands on pairing experience that celebrates beautiful ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the magic that happens when food and wine come together.

Chef Dani will be featuring his grown and produced in Italy olive oil, showcasing how a truly great olive oil can elevate simple ingredients and transform a dish. Guests will enjoy a curated trio of bites designed to highlight the oil’s character and versatility, each thoughtfully paired with JM wines selected to complement and enhance the flavors on the plate. This is designed to be both delicious and approachable, offering a deeper look at how olive oil and wine interact at the table, with insights from both Chef and Winemaker, along the way.
