Tasting Notes
Our cellar team had a great time blending our 2023 vintage of red wines, particularly our Margaret’s Vineyard Malbec. 90% Malbec from the Walla Walla Valley was blended with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Horse Heaven Hills proving that a blend can often bring out the best expression of a single variety. Rich, deep purple berries created layers of textured fruit characteristics layered with a balanced minerality and depth of experience on the palate. Smooth, silky tannins and vibrant acidity provide a structure that pairs well with grilled meats, mushrooms, and soft cheeses.
