Made from 100% Chardonnay, Summer Bubbles is a non-vintage sparkling wine crafted in the traditional method. This Volume II disgorgement is bright and lively, with notes of ripe peach and fresh stone fruit, fine bubbles and a slightly richer, creamier mouthfeel balanced by refreshing acidity. Approachable yet beautifully textured, it’s equally at home at a celebration, around the dinner table or simply opened on a sunny afternoon with friends.
