Tasting Notes

Our 2025 Reserve Chardonnay fruit was sourced from Boushey Vineyard, where Dick and Luanne Boushey diligently tend and deliver premium wine grapes season after season. Clone 95 Chardonnay is a registered French Dijon clone originating from the Côte-d'Or region of Burgundy. Prized for its concentrated flavor, uniform cluster formation, and resilience in cooler blooming climates, this Chardonnay grown in the Yakima Valley produces well balanced, elegant wines,  requiring very little intervention.  The 2025 season arrived early and our Chardonnay was picked on September 10th and fermented and aged in barrel. Each barrel follows its own path through fermentation and possesses unique characteristics, allowing us to blend a layered Chardonnay with optimal structure, flavor, and balance. The 2025 Reserve Chardonnay pairs well with a variety of cuisines such as traditional holiday dishes (roast poultry), spicy curries, and creamy wild mushroom risotto.
