Tasting Notes

Another great year for Malbec.  This grape loves heat.  The color is inky black and the flavors of dark fruit with a bit of pepper spice make this wine something special.  This should pair very well with any meat dish or you can just drink it on its own.  Our estate vineyard has been some of the best fruit we are picking each year and this Malbec shows the low crop yields we are creating to enhance the concentration and power in the wine.
