2018 Cabernet Sauvignon - Margaret's Vineyard
Tasting Notes
Over twelve years leading up to the 2018 vintage, Margaret’s has become recognized as an outstanding site for Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine shows the exceptional quality of the fruit we are growing in our estate vineyard. Inky black in color with spicy blackberry jam and floral aromas and flavors, this Cab invites you to dive in. Consisting of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this estate wine was foot stomped (by John), fermented in French oak vats, and aged in 80% new french oak barrels for twenty-four months. Drink it now or age it. It will potentially last for twenty plus years, but who wants to wait that long? Cin Cin!
