2023 Viognier
Tasting Notes
Viognier is always one of our favorites. The grapes are from Stillwater Creek Vineyard, and we have had the same acre in the vineyard since it was planted in the year 2000. These twenty-four-year-old vines, grown by one of the great growers of Washington State, Ed Kelly, are some of the best Viognier grapes found anywhere. John and team press the fruit whole cluster, ferment and age in stainless steel, and keep most of the malic acid in the grape to provide an incredibly bright, drinkable white wine. If you have liked our Viognier in the past, you are going to love this one! Cheers!
