2023 Sauvignon Blanc (Columbia Valley)
Tasting Notes
The arrival of PNW “patio season” is once again upon us with the release of the JM's 2023 Sauvignon Blanc. Showcasing fruit from two premium vineyards - Quintessence Vineyard of Red Mountain and Yakima Valley’s Boushey Vineyard, this year’s vintage offers a balanced and bright summer sipper with delicate citrus and herbal aromas. Flavors of Granny Smith apple and lemongrass evolve mid-palette into a lush, tropical finish that leaves you craving the next sip. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, this wine has been carefully crafted to achieve a Sauvignon Blanc that will not only appeal to fans of John’s white wines, but also to his red wine fans. A velvety smooth finish pairs well with seasonal garden salads, charcuterie, and artisanal cheese plates. As always, this Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect accompaniment to raising a glass with friends and loved ones.
