This rosé can be described as “perfectly peachy-pink” in hue. Delicate acidity and stony minerality refresh the palate and are characteristic of Cinsault from the breathtaking Wallula Gap Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills. Aromas and flavors of sweet strawberries and rhubarb delight the senses and pair well with classic seasonal dishes like copper river salmon, pasta primavera, grilled spring vegetables, or Peggy's favorite, a bowl of popcorn with a dash of salt and some EVOO (the good kind!).
