Tasting Notes
This unique blend features three of our favorite vineyards: Margaret’s Vineyard (Walla Walla AVA), Quintessence Vineyard (Red Mountain AVA) and Shaw Vineyard (Red Mountain AVA). The blending of these three vineyards is why the wine is called “III”. 100% Cabernet and three different clones: Clone 6 (Margaret’s Vineyard), Clone 8 (Shaw Vineyard), and Clone 169
(Quintessence Vineyard). The flavors are rich, deep, and delicious. A touch of chocolate, dark cherry, and oak spice make this easy to drink now, but the wine could age for 10+ years. Cheers!
