Our Reserve Chardonnay is testament to the unique characteristics that barrel fermenting and aging bring to a vintage. Aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak, each barrel of Stillwater Chardonnay progresses through fermentation at its own pace, developing individual flavor profiles, aromas, and texture.
Burgundian in style, the Reserve Chardonnay is an excellent example of a French-style Chardonnay. The 2023 Reserve Chardonnay delights with bright aromas of crisp apple and ripe pear followed by delicate citrus and honeysuckle flavors on the palate. A subtle softness and silky finish round out the experience and create a memorable sipper and accompaniment to any occasion. Pair with roast poultry, savory curry dishes, and fireside chats.
